The high-quality bar base has three high-standard bar production lines of large, medium and small. Among them, the China National Bar is one of the strongest demonstration projects for the industrial transformation and upgrading of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology in 2013. It is the most advanced rolling steel production line in the world. It has introduced the Italian Danieli short-stress line rolling mill and the German KOCKS three-roller reduction-sizing mill. ABB's automatic control and transmission system, with large rolling mill compression ratio and large reduction, free specification (with decimal point) high-precision rolling, full-scale controlled rolling and cooling, no need to change tooling round billet, cold bed rear loading There is a chamfering machine to facilitate the cold-collecting of the bar after timely chamfering. The double-cooled bed is easy to control the hardness of the rolled material, and the three ultrasonic + magnetic leakage testing lines ensure the technical advantages of high standard and zero defect delivery.
