Application description

The hot work die steel we produce has high isotropic and uniform structure. The physical quality of high pressure die casting module reaches AS1-AS4 level of NADCA 207 standard. Super mirror mold steel has excellent polishing, corrosion resistance and wear resistance, and heat treatment deformation is small. Plastic mold steel has less inclusions, small segregation, uniform pre-hardness and good processing performance. Products are widely used in automotive, rail transit, home appliances and other key parts of the mold manufacturing.
